Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure you have proper supplies and PPE for each day’s patient visits.
  • •Use mobile technology to access your schedule and commute to patients’ homes.
  • •Build patient connections while collecting relevant information and delivering preventative/diagnostic services.
  • •Perform phlebotomy/specimen collection, properly label samples, and coordinate drop-off to labs or shipment facilities.
  • •Provide additional low-acuity services including diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, ECGs (as trained), and comfortable patient care.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •State-required licensure and/or proof of training.
  • •National certification for applicants in all states that do not have state level licensure requirements.
  • •Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • •Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance.
  • •Previous experience in venipuncture and the ability to access patient homes (including stairs) and carry up to 25 pounds.
