Own critical payment operations processes across pricing, partner activation, and transaction monitoring. Design and operate scalable workflows, maintain a pricing source of truth, validate FX rates and revenue share structures, and manage activation governance from due diligence to go-live tracking. Build escalation playbooks and monitoring workflows with SLAs, triage criteria, and cross-functional alignment across Product, BD, Engineering, and Compliance while identifying risks and automating improvements for efficiency and scalability.
