Key Responsibilities

  • •Calculate and disburse management, advisory, administration, performance, and custody fees; compute fund net values on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • •Prepare financial statements and financial reports for clients.
  • •Clear and reconcile breaks between brokers and internal books of record, including missing subjects between accounting systems and bank transaction records.
  • •Record and file correspondences and processed instructions for audit purposes.
  • •Account for and accrue fund expenses and deliver accurate, timely client reports.

Key Requirements

  • •University graduate or above with over 1–2 years of financial and/or accounting experience.
  • •Good knowledge of institutional funds and financial/investment instruments, including fund services operations.
  • •Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
  • •Sound PC skills in Excel and MS Word.
  • •Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and accept rotating shifts.
