Lead enterprise-wide Yield and Defect Engineering transformation in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. Drive multi-year strategy integrating AI/ML, automation, and digital transformation to move from reactive to predictive and prescriptive yield management. Oversee yield performance, defect metrology systems, and closed-loop learning to accelerate yield ramp and improve defect pareto convergence across sites. Partner with data science, IT, and automation teams to embed real-time decision intelligence into fab operations.
