Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, standardize, and continuously improve KPI and SLA frameworks across P2P, O2C, and R2R, including governance forums and consistent calculation logic.
  • •Create and maintain robust performance datasets as the single source of truth by reconciling ERP systems and BI tools.
  • •Monitor SLA adherence and analyze volume and cycle-time trends to proactively surface risks and underperformance.
