  • •Manage Fund Accounting (unit pricing) business groups within Northern Trust Australia.
  • •Conduct performance management and career development; provide input on staffing/disciplinary actions and hands-on training.
  • •Set periodic goals, organize work, define short-term priorities, monitor activities, and ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
  • •Maintain risk management and compliance programs for the assigned group; operate independently with in-depth knowledge of the function.
