Supervisor, BCC & MB Pipeline Operations

Lead safe, reliable, compliant, and efficient operation of company-owned pipeline systems for ConocoPhillips, directing a Pipeline Operations workgroup and advancing the Regulated Pipeline Program. Manage budgets, workforce/contractor scheduling, cost estimating, and oversight of construction, qualification, and repair. Partner with internal teams to support connection requests and system expansion while driving pipeline integrity, emergency readiness, audits, documentation, and regulatory compliance in Midland, TX.
