Job Summary

Seeking an experienced analog/mixed-signal IC designer to advance power delivery solutions for deep submicron processes. Lead transistor- and system-level designs, drive AMS IP implementations, and collaborate cross-functionally to deploy robust voltage regulation across NVIDIA’s product lines. Opportunity to prototype patentable ideas on test chips and scale them to high-volume manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

•Design innovative analog/mixed-signal circuits for power delivery solutions in deep submicron technologies.
•Responsible for transistor-level and system-level design of voltage regulation solutions.
•Drive the design and physical implementation of analog/mixed-signal circuit IPs.
•Perform detailed analysis to ensure good reliability and performance of the design.
•Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand challenges and benefits of integrated power delivery solutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 168,000 - 264,500 annually

Key Requirements

•MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
•5+ years of experience.
•Good understanding of deep submicron process challenges.
•Strong background in analog/mixed signal circuit design IPs such as op-amp, comparator, bandgap, DAC, ADC, LDO, etc.
•Proficient with circuit simulations for dc, ac, transient, loop-stability, Monte-Carlo, noise, etc.
