  • •Use technical materials, documentation, and research techniques to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • •Collaborate with team members and interact productively with management and operations personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •Standard computer skills with strong document organization, use of technical materials, and research techniques; must be proficient or become proficient in SAP Maintenance.
  • •Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all team members.
  • •Ability to function effectively in a team environment, interact with management and operations personnel, and apply critical thinking and problem solving. Certifications in a technical field are a plus.
