Job Summary

Lead major project studies for the Lithium & Aluminium portfolio, turning complex opportunities into investment-ready work through strong governance and disciplined execution. Coordinate resources, timelines, budgets, and priorities, and bring together integrated multidisciplinary teams. Partner with First Nations communities and internal product, supplier, and engineering stakeholders, with regular travel to support engagement and project advancement. Prepare approval documents and recommendations for senior leaders and governance committees.

•Partner with First Nations communities to co-design project solutions and build long-term relationships
•Prepare approval documents, business cases, and recommendations for senior leaders and governance committees

•Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) along with strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
