Senior Product Manager to shape and scale Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP capabilities, focusing on the data foundation (Sources, Data Collection, Catalog, Profile, Identity, Segmentation, Activation). Lead strategy, roadmaps, and requirements across ingestion, activation, and real-time data use cases; collaborate with engineering, design, AI, and GTM teams to deliver enterprise-scale value for some of the world’s largest brands.

Key Responsibilities

•Shape the Future of the Data Foundation and Real-Time Customer Data by defining strategy and proposals to ingest, unify, govern, and activate customer data in real time.
•Lead competitive and market analysis to inform roadmap priorities for real-time data processing and AI-ready data foundations.
•Define and deliver roadmaps across Sources, Data Collection, Catalog, profile unification, identity, segmentation, activation, and scalability; define KPIs to prove value.
•Translate complex enterprise use cases into clear, scalable product requirements focused on data ingestion workflows and real-time activation.
•Collaborate with Adobe ecosystem teams (engineering, AI, GTM) to drive adoption, measure impact, and ensure value realization across ingestion, management, and activation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
•Overall 8–12 years of work experience, with 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
•Strong understanding of Customer Data Platform concepts – profiles, identities, events, attributes, audiences, activation.
•Experience with data ingestion and management concepts – Sources, streaming/batch pipelines, datasets, catalog, and data quality.
