Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of complex professional services programs to ensure contractual commitments, governance, and value realization.
  • •Develop program strategy, executive alignment, and KPI measurement; maintain One Salesforce alignment across internal teams.
  • •Anticipate, mitigate, and manage risks to Salesforce and the customer; drive decisive program actions and key stakeholder decisions.
  • •Spearhead transformational initiatives, including strategic integration of AI and Agentforce for improved patient outcomes and clinical workflows.
  • •Lead and inspire Professional Services team members, coaching and uplifting skills, and build executive relationships to accelerate adoption and success.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years implementing core Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud), ideally as a consultant.
  • •5+ years leading a team of 40+ people across multiple geographies and workstreams.
  • •A successful track record leading large ($10MM+) complex programs with measurable business outcomes.
  • •Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform to influence strategy and value discussions at management/executive levels.
  • •Knowledge of system development/implementation and operational readiness deliverables, plus technical acumen to work with technical teams.
