Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise clients strategically from project inception through completion, providing cost and commercial management to support decision-making.
  • •Develop and manage cost plans/estimates/budgets and lead cost management services across the full project lifecycle, including feasibility to account closeout.
  • •Prepare tender documentation, support procurement activities, evaluate bids, and produce tender recommendation reports.
  • •Monitor project costs, forecasts, change management processes, risk registers, and commercial performance; review valuations, payments, claims, and variations.
  • •Lead business development by growing client relationships, supporting proposals/RFP responses and negotiations, and representing the firm to drive revenue growth across LATAM.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of professional experience in cost management, commercial management, quantity surveying, or related disciplines.
  • •Demonstrated people management experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Strong background delivering consultancy services across sectors served by Turner & Townsend, with end-to-end experience across feasibility, budgeting, procurement, contract management, delivery, and closeout.
  • •Strong knowledge of procurement routes, value engineering/management, risk management, and commercial management.
  • •Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken), with Portuguese considered a strong advantage.
