Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees, providing practical guidance on People policies, procedures, and processes.
  • •Provide responsive support on People-related queries, ensuring consistent, high-quality, customer-focused service.
  • •Support managers with routine employee relations matters, applying sound judgement and escalating complex, sensitive, or high-risk cases.
  • •Partner with People Operations to identify trends and provide insights across absence, engagement, workforce data, and employee lifecycle activity.
  • •Support talent and performance processes (including tracking actions and maintaining records) and contribute to organizational design and change activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in an HR Advisor role, or an experienced Senior HR Assistant providing first-line support in a luxury and/or retail setting.
  • •CIPD or an HR qualification preferred.
  • •Knowledge of HR systems and databases, with the ability to analyse information and identify issues.
  • •Working knowledge of employee relations processes and guidance on routine people matters, escalating complex cases as appropriate.
  • •Strong judgement, ownership, and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
