Key Responsibilities

  • •Make regulated work seamless by building a clear, mostly automated intake where AI answers common questions and routes the rest.
  • •Redesign end-to-end processes to be faster and largely self-running, and continuously improve them after launch.
  • •Identify and eliminate upcoming bottlenecks while keeping work compliant and fast.
  • •Set clear goals and measure impact so changes make life easier for both Corporate and internal users.
  • •Ship an initial system and own at least one process from problem discovery to a live automated solution that people use.

Key Requirements

  • •Turn manual, repetitive work into automated or self-serve solutions using no-code, low-code, and AI tools.
  • •Experience or strong interest in regulated work (legal, privacy, governance, risk, compliance, security) and learning the domain quickly.
  • •Professional-level French and English.
  • •Demonstrate a builder mindset: move fast, prioritize, test as you go, and collaborate to ship.
  • •Drive projects end to end and own what happens after launch, including adoption and continuous improvement.
