Job Summary

Drive HSBC’s home finance growth by proactively acquiring and managing HNWI/UHNWI clients across the UAE. Deliver home finance solutions to HNW/UHNW, Premier, Private Banking, Corporate Banking, and self-employed customers while ensuring service quality. Collaborate with an integrated branch management team to meet operating standards, maximize profit, achieve financial targets, and agree/manage lending facilities within approval authority. Monitor and minimize operational risk and adhere to internal controls and credit policies.

•Proactively acquire and manage HNWI/UHNWI clients in the UAE and deliver the home finance sales process with cross-sale awareness.
•Provide home finance solutions and services to HNW/UHNW, Premier, Private Banking, Corporate Banking, and self-employed clients professionally and efficiently.
•Collaborate with the integrated branch management team to ensure standards and operating models are met.
•Maximize profit and meet/exceed financial targets within AOP.
•Agree and manage lending facilities within approval authority and manage operational risk using MI while following internal controls and credit policies.

Key Requirements

•Evidence of strong sales results in home finance.
•Client-driven approach with a strong focus on quality of service.
•Relationship management experience with high-net-worth clients.
•Understanding of business banking client segments and wealth management products and services.
•Strong market knowledge of the UAE property market and home finance offerings.
