Job Summary

Serve as the primary finance voice for US Hematology/Nephrology commercial leadership in Boston, translating complex brand and portfolio data into clear narratives that drive investment, launch excellence, and sustained growth. Lead revenue and expense forecasting, develop investment cases for lifecycle management and portfolio expansion, and own monthly/quarterly/year-end close activities and insight-led reporting. Partner cross-functionally to optimize resources, quantify opportunities and trade-offs, and improve scalable analytics and governance.

•Act as primary finance interface to US Hematology/Nephrology leadership, advising on financial management and business performance.
•Analyze brand and portfolio results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and translate them into actionable insights for commercial decisions.
•Coordinate revenue and expense forecasts, challenge assumptions, quantify variability, and ensure forecast submissions are robust and achievable.
•Advise leadership on resource optimization, investment cases, business development, sales optimization, launch excellence, and sustained growth.
•Own financial close and reporting (monthly, quarterly, year-end), delivering concise insight-led analysis and stakeholder commentary.
