  • •Serve as a Workday HCM Product Analyst for Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll modules.
  • •Analyze requirements and design solutions to optimize Workday configurations across related modules.
  • •Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll to meet business objectives and improve user experience.
  • •Prepare and manage mass data updates, bulk data loads, and year-end processing activities.
  • •Lead testing, validation, and deployment for Workday releases, and troubleshoot system issues while providing production support and end-user inquiry resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience in Workday HCM Time Tracking, Absence and/or Payroll.
  • •Experience with Workday Time, Absence and/or Payroll tools and configuration (desired).

  • •Prior exposure to Workday reporting or a similar reporting tool (preferred).
