Job Summary

Support Huron’s Enterprise Solutions portfolio by serving as a Workday HCM Product Analyst focused on Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll. You’ll analyze business requirements, design solutions, and optimize Workday configurations, collaborating across HR, Operations, Finance, Reporting, Integrations, and Security. Lead testing, validation, and deployments for releases, manage bulk updates and year-end processing, and provide production support and end-user troubleshooting to improve user experience.

•Serve as a Workday HCM Product Analyst for Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll modules.
•Analyze requirements and design solutions to optimize Workday configurations across related modules.
•Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll to meet business objectives and improve user experience.
•Prepare and manage mass data updates, bulk data loads, and year-end processing activities.
•Lead testing, validation, and deployment for Workday releases, and troubleshoot system issues while providing production support and end-user inquiry resolution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 80,000

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of experience in Workday HCM Time Tracking, Absence and/or Payroll.
•Experience with Workday Time, Absence and/or Payroll tools and configuration (desired).

•Prior exposure to Workday reporting or a similar reporting tool (preferred).
•Strong ability to use Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
