Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform crop management and nutrient application for farmland areas to support sustainable, environmentally sound stewardship.
  • •Complete field and outdoor tasks including weed eating, spraying, side mowing, bush hogging, and disking with record keeping.
  • •Maintain and operate farm equipment, including moving reels/pivots/linear components and driving tractor/mowers.
  • •Comply with Safety, Bio-Security, and Environmental management system rules and regulations.
  • •Perform equipment and operational duties such as daily rainfall readings/inspections, spill recoveries, winterizing equipment, and aerwaving/pumping/transferring water or effluent.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • •Ability to read and speak English.
  • •Previous experience with farm machinery or heavy equipment; ability to work alone.
  • •Ability to follow instructions and deal with standardized situations.
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
