Job Summary

Support residential solar and battery installations by performing pre-install site assessments and post-install inspections across assigned job sites. Follow dynamic intraday schedules, collect measurements/photos and electrical/structural data, and submit accurate survey information via mobile tools. Verify installed systems meet approved plans, workmanship, code, and safety standards, document inspection readiness, and coordinate with install teams, project managers, AHJs, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Visit customer homes to collect measurements, photographs, and structural/electrical data for solar design.
•Assess roof conditions and electrical service panels using standardized tools and protocols.
•Climb ladders, walk rooftops, and conduct attic inspections as required.
•Submit survey data accurately and on time using mobile field tools.
•Perform post-install inspection visits and coordinate with AHJs and customers to confirm readiness for final inspection or utility approval.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23.99 - 31.99 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED required.
•Previous PV design, PV installation, or PV electrical experience is helpful; 1+ year of field construction experience is preferred.
•Comfortable working on roofs using ladders and in tight or elevated spaces.
•Familiar with basic hand tools, measuring devices, and mobile technology.
•Must be at least 21, have a valid driver’s license, and pass a driving background check.
