Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent) with 10+ years in IT engineering and 5+ years in enterprise desktop/end-user computing roles, including leadership responsibilities.
•Deep, hands-on expertise with Windows and macOS in large enterprise environments (deployment, imaging, troubleshooting, lifecycle management).
•Expert-level experience with Microsoft SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune for software distribution, patching, compliance, and co-management.
•Strong understanding of VDI/virtual desktop technologies including Citrix, VMware Horizon, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
•Proven automation using PowerShell or Python (including zero-touch provisioning) plus desktop security and networking knowledge.
