Job Summary

Drive profitable growth for insurance products by identifying and converting new business opportunities across distribution channels. Own business planning and performance, maintain pipeline reporting and forecasting, and analyze sales data against KPIs such as AUM and premiums. Lead sales enablement and coaching with partner teams, build and manage bank partner relationships, represent the company at industry events, and continuously improve sales playbooks and processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute business development plans aligned to revenue, margin, and growth targets.
•Build and manage a pipeline by conducting presease activities and maintaining accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting, and activity tracking.
•Deliver sales enablement through joint business reviews and targeted training for relationship and insurance specialist teams.
•Manage partner relationships with bank counterparts and drive localized sales initiatives, including representation at industry events.
•Monitor performance against KPIs, provide market feedback to product and underwriting, and contribute to sales playbooks and process improvements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; relevant insurance qualifications/licences are preferred (market-dependent).
•Minimum 7 years of proven business development or sales experience in insurance, brokerage, or financial services, with HNW or bancassurance experience highly preferred.
•Strong drive and influencing skills.
•Ability to work as a team player while independently driving and handling counterparts.
•Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; plus MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
