Key Responsibilities

  • •Personally plan and lead protective details for Archer executives and principals, setting the standard through hands-on execution.
  • •Provide close protection across residence, office, travel, events, and public appearances, including protective/secure driving as needed.

Salary: USD 163,500 - 204,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Significant hands-on experience in executive protection or a related operational field (special operations, military, law enforcement), with demonstrated experience leading protective details for senior executives or high-profile principals.
  • •Demonstrated ability to build a program from the ground up by writing protocols, standing up details, and creating capabilities “from nothing.”
  • •Ability and willingness to personally run details in the field as a player/coach, not only direct a team.
  • •Deep expertise in advance work, protective intelligence, threat and risk assessment, and secure travel.
  • •Ability to lead, mentor, and schedule protection teams and/or manage vendor agents, with exceptional discretion, judgment, and communication skills.
