Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop tools, scripts, and REST API integrations to let operations teams query production systems and automate routine work.
  • •Aggregate and analyze metrics and logs across sources using the ELK Stack and set up actionable alerts.
  • •Maintain and optimize Prometheus, Alertmanager, and monitoring tools, including alert rules, routing, and integrations.
  • •Coordinate with development and application teams to onboard new systems, metrics, and logs and document monitoring best practices.
  • •Participate in incident response and post-incident reviews to drive reliability improvements and reduce recurring issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •2+ years in SRE, DevOps, or technical operations supporting high-availability production environments.
  • •Proficiency in Python and PromQL and KQL.
  • •REST API development/integration experience building secure, modern operational tools.
  • •Hands-on experience with Linux and the ELK stack, plus experience with Prometheus/Alertmanager or comparable monitoring/logging tools.
