Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for networking software across GitLab CI, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions, including merge-request, nightly regression, and release pipelines that package and publish Debian/RPM packages and container images.
  • •Improve pipeline reliability by making failures visible and actionable, removing failure masking, stabilizing flaky lanes, and turning regression results into insights product teams can use.
  • •Operate and evolve build infrastructure including Kubernetes-based CI runner fleets, container registries, artifact repositories, caching, retention, and access control.
  • •Integrate quality and security gates in every pipeline: test lanes, code coverage, static analysis, secret scanning, dependency and vulnerability scanning, and drive findings to closure with owning teams.
  • •Automate provisioning of hardware- and simulation-based test environments with Ansible and Python, and partner with C++/Python developers and verification/lab/infrastructure teams to unblock builds and harden release paths.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •5+ years in DevOps, build and release, or infrastructure engineering roles with pipelines owned end to end.
  • •Deep hands-on Linux skills on Ubuntu and RHEL, including shell fluency, debugging, package management, and container operations.
  • •Strong automation in Python and Bash.
  • •Production experience with a modern CI system (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions) and working knowledge of Kubernetes for CI/infrastructure.
