Job Summary

Lead and supervise an Area Customer Experience Specialist team across a region to improve customer experience, mitigate risk, and strengthen branch performance. Oversee hiring and recruitment for assigned markets, coach team members through 1-1s and branch visits, and support onboarding through Welcome Sessions and HOST teammates. Partner with regional leadership, centralized scheduling, operational leaders, and HR to drive performance and career development while managing timecards, expenses, and regional travel.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead Area Customer Experience Specialists across a region to improve sales, service, and operational skills and behaviors.
•Use available tools and technology to drive results and educate teams on products, services, technology, and policies.
•Oversee recruitment and hiring to ensure the assigned market is staffed with colleagues aligned to Huntington’s culture.
•Coach and develop team members through 1-1s and branch visits, and present skill development to build capability.
•Facilitate onboarding via Welcome Sessions and support Welcome Huntington Onboarding Support Teammates (HOST’s), while partnering with regional leadership, centralized scheduling, operational leaders, and HR.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
•Minimum of 5 years of Retail Banking experience in Branch Management or a similar role.
•Strong leadership skills with proven results.
•Ability to create and lead a collaborative, team-oriented environment and partner across leadership and support teams.
•Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
