  • •Lead and coordinate complex design and construction trajectories for public or private projects.
  • •Lead external designers and advisors and manage project stakeholders across the client organization.
  • •Run project governance meetings (design reviews, cost reviews, startup meetings, progress meetings, risk sessions).
  • •Create, monitor, and report project plans, budgets, and performance; manage risks with mitigation measures.
  • •Support tender procedures, advise on contract forms (DNR, UAV, UAV-GC, FIDIC), and coordinate work planning with Construction Management.
