Key Responsibilities

  • •Define architecture for agent learning and feedback systems, including outcome evaluation and quality-signal improvement over time.
  • •Design feedback and evaluation pipelines that measure agent outcomes and translate quality signals into improvements such as prompt/skill updates, routing changes, and reward or preference data.
  • •Select and apply AI/ML approaches (e.g., preference learning, reward modeling, reinforcement learning) based on problem fit and operational requirements.
  • •Define integration between the learning layer and agent harness components including evaluation infrastructure, skills layer, tool calling, context management, and the execution loop.
  • •Provide technical direction through architecture standards, reviews and documentation, and mentor engineers via code and design reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 228,600 - 331,050 annually

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of software engineering experience architecting AI/ML or data-intensive systems at scale.
  • •Experience building LLM and agentic systems including tool use, context/state management, and output evaluation/improvement from user input.
  • •Experience with reinforcement learning, preference learning, RLHF, reward modeling, or related techniques applied to production systems.
  • •Experience designing evaluation and learning systems that connect agent actions to measurable outcomes and feedback-driven improvements.
  • •Proficiency in Python and at least one additional programming language, plus experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
