Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Build client relationships through styling, product expertise, and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store sales goals and KPIs. Use mobile POS and clienteling tools, including social selling and short-form video, to drive repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset protection.

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style and service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales using cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations, and personal sales plans.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Complete daily operational tasks including transactions, cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and stockroom organization.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred), with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, peak periods, and public holidays).
•Luxury retail background and social media savvy, with experience in clienteling and data acquisition (preferred).
