Key Responsibilities

•Lead planning and execution of multiple projects and programs, guiding cross-functional teams to successful delivery
•Foster effective communication and maintain meticulous documentation across programs
•Report on program status, risks, opportunities, dependencies and success metrics to senior stakeholders
•Engage with collaborators to evaluate priorities, identify business risks, and propose solutions
•Adopt best-practice guidelines to drive continuous process improvements and strengthen relations with internal engineering teams

Key Requirements

•Experience in program or project management within a cross-functional and technical team
•Proficient in software project cycle management and agile work processes
•Strong planning and execution expertise with meticulous documentation and communication
•Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage expectations
•Technical awareness in software scope (GPUs, smartNICs, DPUs; AI scope considered a plus)
