Key Responsibilities

  • •Research and evaluate venues, hotels, and third-party vendors; provide proposals with cost estimates, tradeoffs, and logistics considerations.
  • •Support planning and execution for events from 5 to 500+ attendees, including AV/production needs, food & beverage, registration, and run-of-show timelines.
  • •Manage registration and travel/expense workflows using Swoogo and Navan; respond to attendee questions via tickets or Slack and ensure clear event communications.
  • •Create and maintain playbooks, templates, and documentation to scale repeatable, high-quality events.
  • •Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and purchase orders with accuracy and compliance; support onsite event operations and troubleshooting.

  • •Experience leading operational workstreams end-to-end without needing micromanagement.
