Draft and negotiate Plaid’s commercial agreements, including the Master Services Agreement and product-specific order forms. Serve as a principal legal partner to business stakeholders across GTM, partnerships, and procurement efforts, translating legal requirements into practical transaction guidance. Evolve contract processes and templates as industry and regulatory standards change, while negotiating significant deals with enterprise and fintech customers. Build strong relationships and deepen expertise in Plaid’s products and privacy positions.
