Key Responsibilities

•Drive the execution of transformational projects by applying finance and systems expertise, collaborating with partners across the organization, and defining business processes that improve automation, standardization, and simplicity
•Influence Figma Finance's AI adoption strategy, defining how AI can be embedded into systems and workflows as infrastructure to drive analysis, reporting, and forecast decisions and execute on adoption alongside the team
•Serve as the functional and technical owner of the financial planning platform (Pigment), leading development, enhancement, training, enablement, maintenance, and administration
•Own the systems roadmap end-to-end, including prioritization, resource deployment, UAT, and governance
•Design and evolve a best-in-class systems architecture, optimizing data flows, integrations, and tooling with influence extending beyond Pigment and Finance data to the broader company data ecosystem
