Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and implement AI agents for marketing use cases across the end-to-end campaign lifecycle.
  • •Develop, configure, and maintain Marketo programs, campaigns, workflows, and integrations while optimizing platform health and performance.
  • •Support critical MarTech integrations connecting Marketo with CRM, CMS, and third-party data platforms.
  • •Collaborate with Web, Digital, IT, and Field Marketing teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
  • •Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with AI agents and Marketo; provide documentation and enablement for adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years building, implementing, or deploying AI agents or intelligent automation systems.
  • •2-3 years of hands-on Marketo administration and configuration experience.
  • •Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or similar).
  • •Working knowledge of API integrations, REST, webhooks, and data synchronization.
  • •Experience with marketing automation platforms and MarTech ecosystems; strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
