Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and manage processes to gather relevant risk data across UK entities, including risk reporting and related control and conduct inputs.
  • •Analyze complex risk datasets using statistical tools to identify trends and produce clear, actionable insights for Executive and Board reporting.
  • •Build relationships with Executive risk owners and governance teams to deliver accurate, timely risk and governance reporting for UK governance committees.
  • •Supervise internal and external sources to identify emerging and horizon risks, assessing potential impacts with Risk & Compliance colleagues and subject-matter experts.
  • •Own and run key reporting processes for emerging/horizon risks, incidents, and risk appetite, and operate the UK Policy Governance Framework.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong English skills (minimum B2+/C1) with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels.
  • •Solid foundation in statistics and hands-on experience with statistical tools/software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS).
  • •Experience using data analysis languages such as SQL, Python, or R, with good understanding of data management and data privacy concepts.
  • •Confirmed analytical skills to compile, structure, analyze, and present large datasets accurately, turning data into actionable insights.
  • •Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
