Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver exceptional customer experience and drive branch excellence while ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
  • •Build and develop a diverse, high-performing branch team through hiring, performance appraisals, discipline, interviewing, and training.
  • •Manage operational compliance, including teller cash counts, certifications, new/closed account reports, CTR filing, suspicious activity reporting, elder abuse reporting, and adherence to policies.
  • •Ensure audit compliance and procedure quality control, recommending and implementing corrective actions to maintain compliance with bank policies and state/federal regulations.
  • •Engage in organic growth by partnering with departments, developing sales strategies, deepening client relationships, and executing against sales plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of related banking experience, including 4 years of branch management and operations.
  • •High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
  • •Current California driver's license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage to drive as needed.
  • •Knowledge of, adherence to, and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations including TILA, ECOA, FCRA, BSA/AML, USA PATRIOT Act, CIP, RFPA, and CRA.
  • •Advanced experience managing and supervising branch operations, including financial statement and lending activities.
