Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate Supply Chain business priorities into people strategies and consult on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and capability building.
  • •Advise on employee relations, ensuring consistent policy and labor law application; coach leaders on performance management, corrective action, and conflict resolution.
  • •Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and support safe work environments in warehouse and transportation settings.
  • •Drive talent management, including talent review guidance, performance management and compensation cycles for salary and hourly employees, and skill-gap identification.
  • •Oversee HR operations and analytics (data integrity, reporting, HR metrics, and timely transaction/documentation processing).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; master’s degree and/or HR certifications preferred.
  • •5+ years of progressive HR experience, including supporting remote/off-site employees.
  • •Experience supporting truck drivers and multi-site workforces; Supply Chain/Logistics/Warehousing/Transportation/Fulfillment experience preferred.
  • •Proven success in employee relations, compliance, and talent development.
  • •Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, employment law knowledge, and ability to work in a fast-paced, labor-intensive environment.
