Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support investigations of supplier nonconformances from initiation through effective resolution
  • •Analyze quality trends, gather relevant intelligence, and advise management on remedial actions
  • •Represent Engineering in MRB meetings with technical assessments, risk evaluations, and disposition recommendations to drive closure of open actions
  • •Monitor, interact with, and provide clear visibility of nonconformances related to production lines, coordinating activities with R&D and suppliers
  • •Collaborate with suppliers to drive continuous improvement in product quality, FPY, SPC, and 8D, including root cause analysis and corrective action deployment

Key Requirements

  • •BSc in Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • •Quality education: Certified Quality Engineer (advantage)
  • •Lead auditor certification (advantage)
  • •5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • •Experience with ISO 13485, IATF 16949, or AS9100, plus familiarity with FAI and APQP requirements (advantages)
