Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape the client experience by serving as a role model and mentor to the team.
  • •Drive a high-performance selling culture to exceed KPIs and elevate team capabilities through targeted coaching and development.
  • •Use and interpret reporting data to inform operational decisions in collaboration with store leadership.
  • •Facilitate open, constructive communication, providing impactful feedback and maintaining dialogue with the wider management team.
  • •Oversee client and team matters as the Client Experience Lead, making critical store decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive retail management experience, including profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management and training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and daily data interpretation.
  • •Hands-on leadership with strong passion for being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and empower the team.
  • •Deep passion for delivering exceptional client service and an outstanding, experiential luxury retail environment.
  • •Ability to work a rotating roster, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays (Thursday to Sunday are busiest).
