Production Operator

Monitor and operate plant process equipment to support daily manufacturing production, maximizing unit reliability and quality. Troubleshoot processes and equipment, perform changeovers, and execute cleaning and minor maintenance tasks as needed. Follow production run schedules, resolve and escalate quality issues, and run standard QC tests while accurately recording operating parameters. Operate forklift and hand tools, maintain safety compliance, and keep the work area and equipment organized.
