Job Summary

Design and improve knowledge-management solutions that reduce manual, repetitive, and high-risk processes. Build and maintain technology-enabled tools such as automations, SharePoint sites, and workflows, partnering with business teams to identify pain points and implement scalable solutions. Support core KM approaches across knowledge domains, coordinate testing and training, and communicate policy/procedure and product updates for Transfer Agency departments while representing the team in related projects.

•Identify manual, repetitive, or high-risk processes and design solutions to improve efficiency, quality, control, and effectiveness.
•Create and maintain digital tools and resources (automations, SharePoint sites, knowledge tools, workflows) for internal clients.
•Support design, implementation, and enhancement of core knowledge management (KM) approaches across business and knowledge domains.
•Administer and influence knowledge-sharing technologies and processes; collaborate with KM team members and trainers on content and testing.
•Represent the KM team in corporate/TA projects and support project management deliverables, status reporting, and risk identification.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in Transfer Agency required.
