Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with design team to understand specifications and generate test plans, test and characterization programs, and ATE hardware interface boards.
  • •Debug and characterize silicon on ATE, correlate results with bench data, and support failure analysis.
  • •Analyze yield fallout using statistical methods; debug and fix yield issues and optimize test time.
  • •Collaborate with production team to release products to volume production, including test strategy definition and implementation for new DCDC converter products.
  • •Develop and execute silicon qualification and characterization, comprehensive device debugging, and robust, cost-effective test solutions accountable for product quality.

Salary: USD 113,000 - 181,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience.
  • •ATE experience on Teradyne Eagle or equivalent analog ATE (iFlex, LTX, VLCT), including characterization test program and hardware development.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of electronic devices, circuits, and analog test techniques.
  • •Data analysis skills using Spotfire, dataPower or equivalent tool based on STDF, plus experience with lab equipment.
