Job Summary

Own the customer experience for sales orders from point of sale through on-site delivery at the Littleton facility. Manage multiple complex projects concurrently by coordinating kickoff activities, scheduling production to match customer ship dates, and serving as the main contact for customers and vendors. Oversee engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement, and accounting while monitoring costs, approvals, change orders, and progress to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the “voice of the customer” for sales orders from point of sale to on-site delivery and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
•Manage multiple sales orders concurrently, serving as the main point of contact for customers and vendors and keeping stakeholders updated.
•Coordinate turnover/kickoff activities, confirm scope and estimate values, and schedule projects with production aligned to “Customer Ship Date” in AX.
•Provide direction and oversight across engineering, production planning, transportation, procurement, and accounting; monitor progress, costs, and contract-document compliance.
•Prepare and manage change order proposals, handle submittals/approvals, coordinate site visits as needed, and remove obstacles that may affect schedule.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 80,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; Civil Engineering preferred.
•3+ years of project management experience.
•Proven ability to manage several large-to-small, complex projects concurrently.
•Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•Ability to review and work from production schematics and engineering drawings; experience in construction or precast concrete industry.
