Lead and manage day-to-day logistics operations for an e-commerce studio, coordinating pre-shoot logistics and brand communications. Manage, mentor, and develop the logistics team while continuously improving processes to boost efficiency, accuracy, and productivity. Partner closely with production, styling, creative, and brand teams to ensure smooth shoot execution, and coordinate with external brand partners to deliver, process, and return products on time. Maintain reporting on inventory and logistics performance.
