Key Responsibilities

•Establish and own engagement baselines and quarterly success targets for colleague-facing platforms.
•Define and track adoption telemetry, depth/feature breadth, and long-term retention to pinpoint where users drop out.
•Run root-cause diagnostics to determine what drives missed adoption targets and deliver clear recommendations.
•Create readiness-focused measurement with learning and advocacy leads to connect completion/joining to active engagement.
•Partner on ROI and value-realization reporting, synthesizing quantitative and qualitative inputs to inform executive stakeholders and re-engagement campaigns.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
•5–8+ years of experience in product analytics, digital telemetry, or marketing growth analytics.
•Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and product analytics platforms.
•Ability to design and measure user activation funnels and adoption metrics, including PLG metrics (activation, retention cohorts, testing).
•Proven track record setting KPI targets, building dashboards, and communicating insights for non-technical stakeholders.
