Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct final testing and commissioning of complex audio-visual systems during and after build.
  • •Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints; verify point-to-point functionality and installation quality against the SOW.
  • •Test integrated systems, troubleshoot issues, and perform client-ready fine-tuning for optimal audio/video performance.
  • •Field-install and manage control programs (AMX/Crestron) and write or update DSP system code; make minor programming changes under direction.
  • •Configure IP addressable devices for network communication, provide client training and final job documentation, and create/track punchlists.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven ability to communicate professionally with employees, clients, and colleagues, with strong business writing skills.
  • •Proficiency with test and calibration equipment and supporting user acceptance testing.
  • •Ability to diagnose complex audio/video/control system problems and understand advanced signal flow.
  • •Minor programming capability for AMX/Crestron systems (changes and troubleshooting) and ability to work with DSP systems.
  • •Minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and ability to work in physical environments including climbing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
