Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary response coordinator during major global incidents, facilitating Virtual Situation Rooms (VSRs) to support rapid data aggregation, clear communication flows, and accelerated executive decision-making.
•Translate static crisis playbooks, checklists, and documentation into interactive digital workflows that regional teams can access and execute asynchronously under pressure.
•Support the operational design, scheduling, and facilitation of regional RIMT tabletop exercises and drills, and own the After-Action Review (AAR) process to drive continuous improvement.
