Key Responsibilities

•Model and coach customer-centric experiences for all consumers across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
•Support the Store Manager and leadership team in maximizing sales opportunities and delivering authentic customer service.
•Train the team and model selling behaviors.
•Support operational excellence, including getting products to the floor, store operations, and visual merchandising.
•Help lead a positive, engaging shopping experience while driving key store initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Report to the Store Manager and model customer-centric behavior while coaching for the ultimate consumer experience.
•Share Levi’s values and demonstrate originality, integrity, empathy, and courage in daily work.
•Support leadership to maximize sales opportunities and consistently meet or exceed store and individual sales/performance goals.
•Support operational excellence by getting products to the floor, assisting with store operations, and contributing to visual merchandising.
•Handle physical job requirements such as heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.), moving around, and climbing ladders; be reliable with transportation and be 18+.
