Lead store operations with a consumer-first approach, coaching your team to deliver an engaging shopping experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and day-to-day execution. Develop strategies to hit financial targets, recruit and motivate talent, and ensure operational excellence across inventory, payroll, employee relations, and visual merchandising.
