Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct site visits to audit customer facilities’ current control systems and HVAC assets.
  • •Identify digital gaps by locating outdated or obsolete controllers and those unable to connect to the cloud.
  • •Maintain a detailed installed-base database and tag sites as AI-Ready or requiring hardware retrofits.
  • •Prepare technical and commercial proposals for Controller Upgrades and IoT Gateway installations.
  • •Explain upgrade needs to Facility Managers/Clients/Consultants, coordinate pricing with fulfillment, demo cloud platform capabilities, and follow up to close retrofit projects.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering (or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 3 years of related experience in the HVAC/Building automation industry.
  • •Knowledge of how machines connect to the internet (IoT, Cloud, AI) is an added advantage.
  • •Strong communication skills and comfort speaking with facility managers and technicians.
  • •Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently to client sites.
